DLG slashes property cat limit at 1.1; mulls options for commercial back book

Direct Line Group (DLG) cut both its property catastrophe limit and deductible by a third at 1 January and is exploring new reinsurance purchasing options, including back-year covers for its recently divested commercial broker business, CFO Neil Manser has said.
