DLG adds FTSE veteran Hagh to board as Greenwood steps down

Direct Line Group (DLG) has added prominent FTSE non-executive director and former Aviva executive Carol Hagh as an independent non-executive director and a member of the nomination and governance committee with effect from 1 April 2024.
