Demotech issues first round of FL affirmations as hurricane season approaches

Demotech has affirmed at least 10 of the Florida property carriers it rates and is continuing its process of reviewing a range of criteria including cat treaties for a slew of other companies as the 1 June reinsurance renewal date and official start of the 2023 hurricane season draws near.
