Dellwood accuses AIG of using courts as “cudgel to crush a fledgling startup”
Dellwood Insurance Group has hit back against AIG’s claims that the new venture’s management team violated restrictive covenants, arguing that AIG is seeking to “punish” its founders for “having the courage to go out on their own” after their time at the carrier.
