Cyber market wants more mutual relationship with law enforcement

On a PLUS ransomware panel, cyber market veterans suggested law enforcement could take greater action to cut off extortion payment channels, with the executives also pushing back at the idea of making ransomware payments illegal, something one said would be akin to “punching the victim”.
