Coach and Kate Spade owner sues FM Global for Covid losses on $2bn policies
Fashion brand owner Tapestry has sued Factory Mutual Insurance in Maryland state court, seeking a payout for business interruption (BI) losses on policies that provide $2bn of limit after the company suffered a $1.07bn drop in revenues in its 2020 fiscal year.
