Charles Taylor eyes further US M&A after completing US&C deal

Charles Taylor has completed the first of what is expected to be several US-focused acquisitions in the early months of 2022 after agreeing a deal for third-party administrator (TPA) and managed care services provider Underwriters Safety & Claims (US&C).
