Cali judge rules stranded BBAM jets triggered aviation cover
A trial judge has ruled that BBAM US LLP, a Delaware-based subsidiary of Irish aircraft lessor BBAM Aviation Services, experienced physical loss or damage as a result of Russia’s refusal to return three aircraft, thereby triggering coverage under its policy.
