Brown & Brown’s GRP sues former employees and Tysers over team move

Global Risk Partners (GRP), the UK broker consolidator now owned by US intermediary Brown & Brown, has sued three former employees for breach of contract and conspiring to solicit business and staff when they left to join rival Tysers.
