Brown & Brown paying just over $700mn for Dutch broker Quintes

Brown & Brown has disclosed it will pay just over $700mn for Quintes Holdings, with the Dutch broker projected to generate $110mn to $120mn in revenues in 2025 and $37mn to $42mn of Ebitdac.
