Aviva targeting further bolt-on M&A and shift to capital-light earnings

Aviva is seeking further bolt-on M&A and is now pursuing a strategy to grow its capital-light earnings, a move Jefferies analysts described as “well-timed” given improving market conditions in lines such as UK general insurance.
