Ascot resumes Ukraine grain facility as Russia rejoins grain export deal

Lloyd’s insurer Ascot has resumed quoting covers for shipments using the Ukrainian grain corridor in the Black Sea after the carrier temporarily paused accepting new risks following the move by Russia to pull out of a UN treaty.
