Aon lawsuit alleges Marsh doubled defectors’ salaries

Aon has alleged in a lawsuit that Marsh more than doubled the salaries of over 40 largely Florida-based staff that have resigned to join its rival, with Aon also suggesting Marsh management viewed their raid as a “bargain” because valuable assets could be acquired without paying compensation.
