Aon claims it is a “victim” of Alliant’s “egregious corporate raid” in filing for TRO

Aon has filed a motion with an Illinois court demanding it be granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) in its case against Alliant Insurance Services over the hiring of 26 of US-based facultative broking staff, saying that it “is victim of another egregious corporate raid by Alliant.”
