Amwins confirms Worldwide Facilities deal
Amwins has confirmed it has agreed to acquire the fourth largest US wholesale broker Worldwide Facilities in a move revealed by this publication yesterday that it said will reinforce its position as the industry’s largest and most diversified specialty distribution firm.
