Allianz UK now faces 40 claimants in Mishcon de Reya-led group Covid BI claim
A policyholder action group comprising 40 hotels, restaurants and rugby clubs is suing Allianz for millions of pounds of losses incurred during the Covid-19 pandemic, in the latest action against Europe’s largest insurer over the national lockdowns.
