Allianz completes sale of majority stake in Middle East unit to ADNIC

Allianz Group has completed the disposal of its 51 percent stake in Allianz Saudi Fransi (AzSF) in Saudi Arabia to regional insurer Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC).
