AIG parts ways with ~280 US staff in RIF that includes NA casualty CUO Shine

AIG has laid off around 280 staff, including senior executives such as North America casualty CUO Bob Shine and lower-level staff like underwriting assistants, in a rationalisation that has also seen the business consolidating its US distribution zones into four regions.
