Ageas backs “compelling” second takeover offer despite DLG rejection

Ageas CEO Hans De Cuyper has reaffirmed that the company has made a “compelling” possible bid for Direct Line Group (DLG), despite the London-Listed insurer’s rejection of a second takeover offer.
