Russia-Ukraine and pandemic BI claims continue to dominate UK insurance litigation in 2023
Insurance-related legal disputes in the UK continue to be dominated by claims related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, according to data from litigation analytics firm Solomonic, but the number of disputes filed against the sector has remained broadly flat in the first half of 2023, despite a rising number of high-value claims against insurers, and a fresh wave of pandemic business interruption litigation.
