Euclid Transactional's Rittberg predicts “hot M&A market” in 2025

Robust M&A activity in the latter half of 2024, bolstered by recent and earlier interest rate cuts and a more favorable regulatory environment, “provide ample indicators of a hot M&A market for 2025”, according to Euclid Transactional's managing principal Jay Rittberg.
