Zimmer sells legacy unit Carrick to Northlight with Watson named chair
Zimmer Financial Services Group has sold its specialty legacy insurance provider Carrick Specialty Holdings to a unit of London-based investment manager Northlight Group LLP, with Canopius founder Michael Watson also named Carrick’s chairman.
