Vesttoo Alpha P&C vehicle being put into Teneo-led liquidation: BMA
The Bermuda Monetary Authority has announced that earlier this month it began liquidation proceedings for Vesttoo’s Bermudian collateralised reinsurer, the latest development after last month’s discovery that transactions facilitated by the ILS insurtech were backed by purportedly fraudulent letters of credit.
