Terra Brasis Re and Austral Re to form Brazil’s second-largest reinsurer
After almost a year of negotiations, Brazilian reinsurer Austral Resseguradora SA will acquire Terra Brasis Resseguros SA which, upon completion, will create the second-largest reinsurer in Brazil.
