Swiss Re misses consensus as Covid-19 L&H claims offset P&C earnings beat
A Covid-19-driven net loss of $523mn in its life and health reinsurance segment has seen Swiss Re substantially miss earnings consensus for the full year 2021 despite a 5.7 percent beat in its P&C Reinsurance segment.
