Swiss Re CorSo to set up new Canada branch as part of legal restructuring
Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has filed an application with regulators to establish a Canadian branch of North American Specialty Insurance Company (NAS), a move that is part of Swiss Re’s ongoing efforts to streamline the legal entity structure of its North American business.
