Scor settled with Merck ahead of ~$1bn+ “silent” cyber NotPetya ruling

Scor was among the carriers to settle with Merck ahead of a court ruling earlier this month which decided in favour of the pharmaceutical giant in a long-running dispute relating to losses from the NotPetya cyber attack that led to a claim on its property policy, The Insurer can reveal.
