RT’s LaCroix: SCA filings up slightly in H1 to 113
The number of securities class action filings increased slightly in this year’s first half compared with the prior-year period, according to RT ProExec’s Kevin LaCroix, while data analytics firm SAR suggested US-listed companies’ exposure to such suits has risen 176 percent compared to the second half of 2022.
