RSA accused of using Irish unit as a “cash cow” in shareholder suit over accounting errors
A group of disgruntled investors have laid out the particulars of claim in a shareholder lawsuit against RSA, which accuses the insurer of defrauding the market by overstating its profits and of using its Irish unit as a “cash cow” to support under-performing parts of the group.
