Resolute Global launches rapid claim settlement nat cat reinsurance contract
Bermudian insurance-focused investment firm Resolute Global has teamed up with Gallagher Re and cat modeller KCC to create Footprint, a new type of reinsurance contract for US nat cat risk which it says solves problems such as trapped capital, extended settlement times and non-modelled risks.
