Red Sea war risk rates jump after attack on $60mn+ Brit-placed Sounion

Marine war risk rates have nearly doubled in the wake of the Houthi assault on the damaged oil tanker Sounion, which was set ablaze in the Red Sea with one million barrels of oil aboard.
