PLUS panel: R&W claims to rise with excess layers increasingly paying out
Reps and warranties (R&W) claims are expected to rise following a large increase in demand for the product recently, according to a panel at the PLUS Transactional Risk Symposium, although the number of claims as a percentage of policies issued is not anticipated to increase significantly.
