Parametric insurer Descartes opens in Asia Pacific with Howden and Marsh hires
Descartes Underwriting will expand its parametric coverage to markets throughout Asia Pacific with the hires of Robert Drysdale from Howden and Ben Qin from Marsh to open two offices in the region this month.
