Optis: NA agent/broker M&A drops 24% in 2023 with Hub most active acquirer
2023 saw a total of 782 agent and broker M&A deals in North America, down 24 percent from 2022 according to Optis Partners, which noted there was “no mad dash to the finish line at year end” but that deal flow may pick up as the economy stabilises.
