OECD agreement on international tax reform reached
The OECD has announced 136 countries and jurisdictions have agreed an overhaul of international tax rules – which proposes a reallocation of a proportion of tax to market jurisdictions and a 15 percent global minimum tax rate – with Ireland among those signing on having previously withheld its support.
