NFP’s $400mn shareholder distribution triggers Moody’s negative outlook
NFP Corp is set to reward shareholders with a $400mn distribution in a move that has led Moody’s to change its rating outlook on the expansive broker to negative based on what it said is its “aggressive” pro forma financial leverage following the payout.
