New EC directive draft a “blow” to sustainability reporting: Berenberg
The latest draft of the EC’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive marks an “unfortunate step” in understanding the environmental and social impacts of businesses and investment portfolios in the eurozone, according to Berenberg, with reporting now voluntary and based on materiality assessments.
