Marsh hits back at Aon’s “ill-conceived” WTW merger plan in FL dispute

Marsh has hit back at Aon’s amended complaint over the hire of 44 mostly Florida-based employees, in a filing that denies the accusations, makes counterclaims and states Aon is trying to “scapegoat Marsh” for its “ill-conceived” plan to merge with Willis Towers Watson.
