Markerstudy’s $1.2bn Atlanta merger approved by FCA
The UK’s City watchdog has cleared the sale of Ardonagh Group’s personal insurance broking business Atlanta Group to MGA/intermediary Markerstudy, creating a major new player in the UK insurance market transacting over £3bn ($3.73bn) in annual gross written premium.
