Liberty Mutual sued by Hilton, Crowne Plaza over UK Covid BI losses
A group of six hotels – including branches of the popular Hilton and Crowne Plaza chains – are suing the UK arm of US insurance group Liberty Mutual in yet another high profile legal dispute over the number of loss events triggering business interruption (BI) cover from the Covid-19 lockdowns.
