Lessor hits Liberty and AGCS with $70mn legal claim over Russia planes
An Irish aircraft lessor is seeking to claw back at least $70mn from subsidiaries of Liberty and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty in yet another legal action over aircraft seizures by Russian operators following the country's invasion of Ukraine.
