Insurers fight back in lessor’s $43.5mn claim for jets stranded in Russia

Lloyd's, AIG, HDI, and eight other insurers have argued that they are not liable to pay $43.5mn to a vehicle managed and serviced by Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), claiming that the insurance policies have not yet been triggered by any sanctions resulting from the war in Ukraine.
