Indiana appellate court latest to affirm insurer Covid-19 BI win
An Indiana state appellate court has affirmed Cincinnati Financial’s victory in Covid-19 business interruption litigation brought by a theatre, making it the third known intermediate appeals court to do so and following seven federal appeals courts issuing wins for insurers in such cases.
