Guardrisk loses appeal in Café Chameleon Covid-19 BI case
South African insurer Guardrisk has had its appeal dismissed after losing a case in July that said it must pay a Cape Town restaurateur over non-damage business interruption losses suffered as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
