Gallagher closes $660mn acquisition of Buck
Arthur J Gallagher has completed the previously disclosed acquisition of the partnership interests of HR, pensions and employee benefits consulting, technology, and administration services provider BCHR Holdings, which does business as Buck and has 2,300 employees.
