Florida restaurant asks US Supreme Court to take up physical loss case
A Florida restaurant has filed a petition with the US Supreme Court asking it to consider its claim for coverage for physical loss that it argues resulted from road construction, in a case that could have ramifications for Covid-19 business interruption (BI) cases were it to be taken up.
