FLOIR: Florida had 77% of US homeowners insurance suits in 2019
The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) has reiterated a call for reform while providing an update to the state’s House Commerce Committee that shows the Sunshine State accounts for the vast majority of homeowners lawsuits opened against insurance companies in the US.
