Fitch: Losses from Japan’s 7.4 magnitude quake manageable
Fitch Ratings has said that insured losses from the 7.4 magnitude earthquake that struck northeastern Japan earlier this month are likely to be between ¥15bn and ¥30bn ($123mn and $246mn), with only a minor impact on non-life insurers’ earnings.
