Fidelis confirms pursuit of US listing for balance sheet business with confidential F-1

Fidelis Insurance Holdings has filed a confidential draft registration on Form F-1 with the SEC, confirming The Insurer’s earlier reporting that the move was in the works, and essentially firing the starting gun on an IPO process that is expected to be completed later this year.
