FCA: Govt intervention would undermine City regulators and damage competitiveness

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has doubled down on its warning that controversial plans to allow ministers to overrule financial regulators will impact regulatory independence and damage the UK’s international reputation and competitiveness.
